Tilemaster Rapid Repair Mortar+ is a high-performance, rapid-setting, and fast-drying mortar formulated for both internal and external repair applications. It is ideal for re-facing, patching, filling, and repairing floors and walls across a wide range of substrates.
Designed for versatility, Rapid Repair Mortar+ is suitable for use on concrete, sand and cement screeds, renders, stair treads and risers, walls, ceilings, soffits, and areas around pipework. It can also be used to form ramps up to 50mm thick without the need for added aggregate, as well as to create coves and edges with precision.
The product can be applied from 2mm to 50mm unfilled, and up to 80mm when blended with aggregate for deep-fill repairs. Thanks to its fast-setting formula, it reaches initial set within 15–20 minutes and is walkable after just 30 minutes. Floor coverings can be installed after only 90 minutes, regardless of thickness, at 23°C.
Moisture-tolerant and durable, Rapid Repair Mortar+ is suitable for use in wet areas, outdoor environments, and beneath Tilemaster FAST One Coat DPM, ensuring compatibility and long-term performance across demanding conditions.
