Bostik HYTEC E570 ONE COAT – Epoxy Surface Damp Proof Membrane
Bostik HYTEC E570 ONE COAT is a high-performance, two-part, solvent-free epoxy damp proof membrane (DPM) supplied in pre-measured packs with resin and hardener ready for mixing, ensuring consistent quality and ease of use on-site.
Formulated to suppress residual construction moisture in cementitious subfloors, it enables the earlier installation of floor coverings, accelerating project timelines without compromising performance.
On smooth, power-floated concrete bases, a single-coat application provides moisture protection for subfloors with hygrometer readings of up to 97% relative humidity (RH). The system has also been developed for use with calcium sulphate screeds (up to 87% RH) and, in certain applications, may be used in conjunction with underfloor heating systems.
