JM400 Multipurpose Adhesive
JM400 is a high-solids, water-based floorcovering adhesive engineered for superior performance. It provides a quick wet grab and a robust final bond, making it ideal for fast, secure carpet installations.
Formulated to accommodate a broad range of carpet types, JM400 is especially effective on challenging synthetic backings such as latex/unitary and Action-Bac, as well as traditional materials like Axminster and jute hessian-backed carpets.

JM400 is a high-performance rubber/resin emulsion adhesive, designed for ease of use and reliable results across a variety of flooring applications. It spreads smoothly and delivers excellent bond strength while maintaining compatibility with underfloor heating systems. It also withstands routine wet cleaning, making it ideal for both residential and commercial environments.
