Tovcol Wet&Dry is a solvent-free, high-performance water-based adhesive suitable for LVT, SPC, vinyl, carpet, linoleum, rubber, cork, and textile flooring. With strong initial tack and an extended open time, it is ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial installations.
